Windy has been in the Real Estate business since 2007 and loves helping others learn. At the beginning of Windy’s Real Estate Career, she started as an Executive Assistant to a Broker Associate within the company and moved up through the years with hard work and dedication. Her daughter has recently graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with her bachelor’s degree in English and her son has been promoted within a very short time with his company. A Southern California native, Mike Shenkman joined the Keller Williams Family in 2013 and currently serves as the Broker of Record for Keller Williams San Diego Signature. He has a career that has spanned almost two decades and has included management roles within some of the most prominent real estate companies throughout Southern California. In addition to his work in sales, Mike has experience in affordable housing, community development, property management, redevelopment, and mortgage finance. He regularly acts as a consultant for land use planning and has served as an expert witness in trials regarding real estate disputes.
Mike is an Alumnus of UC San Diego, where he completed his Bachelor’s in both Sociology and Urban Studies & Planning – graduating Cum Laude with High Distinction Honors. He would subsequently complete a Master’s in Planning (MPL) and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from USC. He is an active participant with the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), serving not only as an instructor for agents but as member of committees such as Government Affairs and Ethics & Grievance. He has worked on real estate legislative policy for the City & County of San Diego and currently holds designations for Buyers Representation (ABR), Short Sale & Foreclosure (SFR), Property Management (PMC) , and Military Relocation (MRP)

Having recently moved into the area, Korissa has been involved in the Real Estate Business the majority of her life. While her family has worked in the field for over 10 years, she has decided it was time to join the business.
In addition to beginning a career in real estate, she has also achieved her Bachelor's Degree from California State University, San Bernardino and plans to continue on to her Master's. Keller Williams, once again, has the most top producing brokerages on the REAL Trends 500, according to the annual ranking and reporting published by REAL Trends, Inc.
Ranked by transaction sides, 174 Keller Williams brokerages appeared on the REAL Trends 500, representing 34.8 percent of the top 500 brokerages for 2018. The company significantly outpaced all other single real estate brands in terms of numbers of top-performing brokerages ranked.
The 174 Keller Williams brokerages handled 768,734 transaction sides. From the previous 2017 REAL Trends ranking, Keller Williams also added four more brokerages ranked by number of transactions.

As a franchise, Keller Williams had 169 brokerages ranked on the REAL Trends 500 by volume, representing 33.8 percent of the industry's top brokerages by volume alone for 2018. These firms handled more than $233.8 billion in sales.
From the previous year, Keller Williams added eight more brokerages ranked by sales volume this year.
