Lesli Akers has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent since 1996. She also has 15 years of corporate sales and marketing experience and is recognized as a Top Producer throughout her professional career. Her high level of expertise has allowed her to develop an impressive database of clients including top CEO's of major companies as well as famous Texas families with deep roots in the Metroplex. In addition, she has represented numerous coaches for the Dallas Cowboys as well as other athletic teams and professionals in Texas. She also serves as Sales Leader for all of Keller Williams Realty DFW and is a recognized leader in the local Real Estate Market.

Brian Luker

Team Leader


Brian Luker's zest for life comes from serving others. As the Team Leader of Keller Williams San Diego Signature, the real estate business allows him to unleash his passion for premier customer service. His extensive background in sales and marketing creates a masterful combination that translates into the growing numbers of the SD Signature branch. With over 10 years of experience in the world of Real Estate, Brian provides a superior expertise that demonstrates strong and professional leadership skills. In addition to his career, Brian has also managed to find time to dedicate to his family and church as he continues his journey with Keller Williams.

Windy McPhillips

Windy has been in the Real Estate business since 2007 and loves helping others learn. Her dedication to Keller Williams Realty learning based systems and models has proven to be a positive stepping stone to her career. At the beginning of Windy’s Real Estate Career, she started as an Executive Assistant to a Broker Associate within the company and moved up through the years with hard work and dedication. Windy has accrued vast experience being a Market Center Administrator for the last 5 years.

 Also, while mastering KW Culture for the last 10 years. During her career with Keller Williams Realty, she has raised 2 beautiful children. Her daughter has recently graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with her bachelor’s degree in English and her son has been promoted within a very short time with his company. Windy has managed to balance her working career and family thanks to the Keller Williams philosophy: God, Family, Business.


Mike Shenkmen

Broker

 

A Southern California native, Mike Shenkman joined the Keller Williams Family in 2013 and currently serves as the Broker of Record  for Keller Williams San Diego Signature. He has a career that has spanned almost two decades and has included management roles within some of the most prominent real estate companies throughout Southern California.  In addition to his work in sales, Mike has experience in  redevelopment, affordable housing, community development, property management, and mortgage finance.  He regularly acts as a consultant for land use planning and has served as an expert witness in trials regarding real estate disputes.

Mike is an Alumni of UC San Diego, where he completed his Bachelor’s in both Sociology and Urban Studies & Planning – graduating Cum Laude with High Distinction Honors.  He would subsequently complete a Master’s in Planning (MPL) and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) at USC.  He is an active participant with the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), serving not only as an instructor for agents but as an appointee on several committee’s and boards.  He has worked on real estate legislative policy in Sacramento and currently holds designations for Buyers Representation (ABR), Short Sale & Foreclosure (SFR), Property Management (PMC) , and Military Relocation (MRP).

Having recently moved into the area, Korissa has been involved in the Real Estate Business the majority of her life. While her family has worked in the field for over 10 years, she has personally achieved her Bachelor's Degree from California State University, San Bernardino and plans to continue on to her Master's. Keller Williams has not only given her the flexibility needed to further her career, but to grow in a professional environment as well.

Real Trends Top 500

Keller Williams, once again, has the most top producing brokerages on the REAL Trends 500, according to the annual ranking and reporting published by REAL Trends, Inc.

Ranked by transaction sides, 174 Keller Williams brokerages appeared on the REAL Trends 500, representing 34.8 percent of the top 500 brokerages for 2018. The company significantly outpaced all other single real estate brands in terms of numbers of top-performing brokerages ranked. 

The 174 Keller Williams brokerages handled 768,734 transaction sides. From the previous 2017 REAL Trends ranking, Keller Williams also added four more brokerages ranked by number of transactions.

"These results are monumental," said Gary Keller, co-founder, chairman and CEO, Keller Williams. "We’re extremely proud to be in business with each of our Keller Williams brokerages that continue to set new benchmarks in the midst of dynamically shifting housing market." 

As a franchise, Keller Williams had 169 brokerages ranked on the REAL Trends 500 by volume, representing 33.8 percent of the industry's top brokerages by volume alone for 2018. These firms handled more than $233.8 billion in sales. 

From the previous year, Keller Williams added eight more brokerages ranked by sales volume this year.
